01 — Overview
Suối Lương – Hải Vân Park sits in a valley at the foot of the Hải Vân Pass, in the northern edge of Da Nang. Built from the year 2000, it has grown over roughly 25 years into a 6.4-hectare destination with around 30 major structures woven between forest, rock and a natural stream.
It is a rare combination for Da Nang: mountain, forest, stream, culture, accommodation and experiences in one place — close enough for a day trip, far enough to feel like you truly left the city.

02 — Location
01
Near enough for Da Nang guests to arrive for a day, a retreat or an event — far enough to step fully into nature.
02
A planned area of about 3,822 ha — including ~3,120 ha of forest — directed toward becoming a key tourism centre of Central Vietnam. Over 100 ha along Suối Lương is planned as mixed residential and service land.
03
Established in 2025 at ~1,881 ha across manufacturing, logistics, trade, digital technology and innovation — with major sites near Hải Vân, Liên Chiểu Port and Làng Vân. The north-west growth pole is forming right next door.

03 — Nature
A hotel can add a pool. A resort can build a landscape. What is very hard to recreate is a natural valley under the Hải Vân Pass with forest, a running stream and an ecosystem that has settled over decades. Water from the upper Suối Lương feeds both the stream bathing areas and the swimming pool, which is refilled daily.
04 — Culture
An ancient pagoda over 120 years old, relocated from Hà Tây and rebuilt on high ground inside the park.
Traditional Vietnamese houses and Nhà Rường Huế, several of them more than 100 years old.
Traditional stilt houses brought from Hòa Bình, forming an ethnic architecture cluster inside the valley.
A Gươl communal house built in the traditional architecture of the Cơ Tu people.
A reconstruction of the Bằng An Chăm tower in Điện Bàn, built on research into ancient Chăm brick and tower techniques — introduced by the park as the only such reconstruction in Vietnam.
Sculpture and art installations spread across the grounds between the gardens and the stream.
05 — Gallery
06 — Where you sleep
Eight clusters spread across the valley, from wooden cabins under the forest canopy to villas and a hotel block right above the stream. Book a room, a cluster, or the whole village.
